Baldwin County Court digest: Man pleads guilty to spraying neighborhood with bullets | Breaking News from the Press-Register - al.com: "BAY MINETTE, Ala -- Jackie M. Packer, of Foley, pleaded guilty Feb. 1 before Baldwin County Presiding Circuit Judge James Reid to a felony charge of discharging a handgun into an occupied building or vehicle.

There was no plea bargain, and Packer could get up to 20 years in prison at his sentencing set for March 18.

Officers arrested Packer, 46, on July 18, 2008, after witnesses said he fired at least six bullets with a .40 caliber pistol in an Aaronville neighborhood in an drunken altercation with another man."
