Alabama couple makes loop through America by boat | | GadsdenTimes.com: "Adventurers Patti and Brad Salvage of Inverness retired and celebrated on a cruise that lasted a year and a day, making what is called the 'Great Loop' around the eastern United States.

And they did it themselves, setting out from Lake Guntersville on their 48-foot Jefferson Motor Yacht, going down the Tennessee-Tombigee to the Gulf of Mexico, on to the Bahamas and many more ports of call.
