Members of the Baldwin County Watershed Coalition are working on plans for a regional program to deal with flooding, erosion, sediment and related issues, said Roberta Swann, deputy director of the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program. The coalition includes representatives from the Baldwin County Commission, local municipalities, legislators, developers, as well as the National Estuary Program and other area environmental groups."
