Mullet Wrapper: "Levin’s Bend Construction Lien Released: Birmingham-based AIG Baker, the developer of The Wharf in Orange Beach, announced that the lien filed by Ray Bell Construction in the Baldwin County Probate Court against the Levin’s Bend Condominium has been released, as well as all other ancillary litigation between AIG Baker, Ray Bell and each parties’ affiliates. “We are very pleased with the outcome and are already back to the business of selling condominiums”, said Alex Baker, President of AIG Baker. The company expects to close three condominiums immediately."
