Testimony ends in Cello lawsuit - al.com

Testimony ends in Cello lawsuit - al.com: "Testimony in a federal courtroom in Mobile ended Thursday like it began last week — with a paper company executive demanding money from a Baldwin County enterprise that claims to have invented a revolutionary process for producing alternative fuel.

After nine days of testimony, lawyers were set to present closing arguments today.

Parsons & Whittemore Enterprises, which owns a pair of paper mills in Monroe County, invested $2.5 million in a company named Cello Energy and had another $10 million option for a one-third ownership share."
