Orange Beach man pleads guilty in fraud case - al.com: "NEW ORLEANS — An Orange Beach man who ran a financial services company in Baton Rouge, La., has pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit securities fraud.

David Lester McFadden, 62, struck a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to face a minimum sentence of 18 months in prison and a maximum of two years in prison. He is scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Carl Barbier on Aug. 19."
