Cameron Phipps, 17, and Xavier Rigsby both pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery, first-degree assault and first-degree burglary before Circuit Judge Charles C. Partin.

Phipps, who appeared in court March 29, had been charged as an adult, according to District Attorney Judy Newcomb."
