Mullet Wrapper- Beach Express Toll Booth public forum slated April 27

Mullet Wrapper: "The Orange Beach Citizens Association (OBCA) will host a public forum on the Beach Express toll bridge on Tuesday, Apr. 27 at 6 pm at the Orange Beach City Hall following the 'Committee of the Whole' meeting. Neal Belitsky, CEO, American Roads, will discuss the background on the toll bridge and then open up the session for 'questions and answers.'"
