Baldwin County Humane Society plans second annual Easter Bonnet Doggie Parade | al.com: "ORANGE BEACH, Ala. -- The Baldwin County Humane Society, also known as BARC!, will hold its second annual Easter Bonnet Doggie Parade on April 3 at The Wharf in Orange Beach.

Registration starts at 10 a.m. for the best trick and costume contests. Entry fees are $5 per dog per contest. Raffle tickets are a $3 donation or two for $5 for vendor prize. Proceeds go to BARC!"
