Keeping Alabama’s beaches beautiful - Baldwin County NOW: "GULF SHORES, Ala. — It is that time of year again. Time to consider our beaches, our trash, recycling opportunities and ways to keep the Alabama Gulf Coast the most beautiful beaches anywhere.

The Clean Coast Partnership, a collaborative effort to coordinate city, state, business and individual efforts and resources for recycling and other environmentally friendly practices island-wide, is hosting the 2nd Annual Clean Coast Expo, Thursday, April 22nd at the Erie Meyer Civic Center in Gulf Shores. The Expo is free and open to the public from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m."
