Executive chef enjoys creating culinary delights at Cosmo's

Chef Jack Baker is the genius behind the delicious dishes devoured daily at Cosmo's Restaurant and Bar in Orange Beach.

The Tuscaloosa native, a cook since age 14, helped create the menu at the popular eatery and has been its executive chef since it opened in May 2006.

"The owner, Brian Harsany, and I sat down before it opened," Baker said. "He had some things he wanted to make sure were on the menu and the rest was left up to me with exception of other manager recommendations."
