The modern-day wrinkle is that Gulf Coast used to own the stations, and is now purchasing them from a Chapter 11 receiver.

The stations are WNSI-AM Robertsdale AL and WNSI-FM Atmore AL. The AM is on the eastern outskirts of Mobile AL. Gulf Coast, owned by R. Lee and Kathryn Hagan, will pay $190K for the AM and $220K for the FM."
