Legislative annexation passes both houses - Baldwin County NOW: "FOLEY, Ala. — An annexation bill that involves property along the Foley Beach Express has passed both houses of the Alabama Legislature.

Foley City Administrator Perry Wilbourne said Thursday he didn’t know if the governor had signed the bill as yet that was introduced in the House by Rep. Steve McMillan of Gulf Shores."
