Gulf Shores council considers tax breaks for synthetic golf surface maker | al.com: "GULF SHORES, Ala. -- City officials indicated Monday that they were prepared to extend more than $22,000 worth of municipal tax credits to a maker of synthetic golf surfaces.
The abatement of municipal property, sales and use levies on the more than $1 million worth of equipment TurfHound plans to buy to automate its manufacturing process would be combined with state tax breaks to save the company about $67,000, according to Gulf Shores officials and records."
