Wanda Price, recently hired as the new coordinator at the Orange Beach Art Center, has returned to the world of art after taking a few years off to help her minister husband at First Baptist Church of Orange Beach.
"When we moved to Orange Beach in 2000, I became the administrative assistant at the church until last December," she said. "When I heard that the city of Orange Beach, who owns the art center, was looking for someone with a background in art as well as administration, I applied."
The center sits on Canal Road between the library and the waterfront park.
