Orange Beach council, after repealing previous hike, will consider raising monthly sewer billings | Breaking News from the Press-Register - al.com: "ORANGE BEACH, Ala. -- After voting to raise sewer bills in 2010, then rescinding those changes a month later, the City Council is poised once again to vote on a rate hike at its Dec. 15 meeting.
On the agenda for the 6 p.m. council meeting will be a resolution that will raise the monthly fee from $20 to $28 for residents and businesses within the city limits and from $30 to $42 for customers outside Orange Beach, including Ono Island."
