Baldwin commissioners reject Fort Morgan, Belforest rezoning requests | Breaking News from the Press-Register - al.com: "BAY MINETTE-- Baldwin County commissioners today rejected two rezoning recommendations -- one for a Fort Morgan beachfront site and one for Belforest farmland to allow migrant worker housing.
Commissioners voted 4-0 against the proposals, which were endorsed by the county Planning and Zoning Commission last month."
