Gulf Shores council pushes for new personal watercraft rules, backs off ban | Breaking News from the Press-Register - al.com: "GULF SHORES,�Ala. --�Amid the ongoing debate about how to regulate personal watercraft rental more tightly, the City Council voted unanimously Monday not to let any new companies get into the business until at least Feb. 1.
