al.com: "ORANGE BEACH — Citing unresolved 'management issues,' the City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to table a resolution that would have announced its intention to allow a nonprofit organization to build an arts education facility on municipal property.
The resolution would have acknowledged Orange Beach's support of Beach CITE Studios Inc. to build and manage a 6,700-square-foot facility and the council's intent to provide acreage for the building on property it owns near the city's Waterfront Park and existing arts center. It would also usher in a period of due diligence between the parties, it said.
The resolution, Mayor Tony Kennon said, was not binding in anyway, but still city officials had more questions about how the arrangement would work."
